Board of Directors Meeting:
The next Board of Directors meeting will be held on September 13th, 2010 at 6:30pm at the North Ranch Community Center.

A survey was included with the July billing statement. Please complete the survey and return to MK Management Services. We look forward to taking your feedback into consideration when planning for the community.

Election Results::
The Annual Meeting was held on June 21st, 2010. The Board of Directors for 2010-11 is:

Welcome to the Club View Properties Homeowner Association website.

Club View Properties is nestled in the heart of Westlake Village immediately adjacent to the North Ranch Country Club. Please note that all information pertaining to HOA meetings will be posted in the community bulletin board which has been installed near the community entrance. The Board of Directors meets at least quarterly. The meeting notice and agenda are posted on site.

Club View Properties joined the MK Management portfolio in August, 2007. Krisi Davis, CCAM is the managing agent serving our community. Our manager is assisted by Linda Bunnell.
